Patio is currently here, if the purchase of the two small homes to the side was made then a tower would easily go back in the location of this kickass house. Otherwise a patio ON GRASS with Minimal Spawn is what you're looking at purchasing

No, I own the patio, it can however if you aren't happy with how close you are to them be shifted over 2-3 tiles but I do not own either of them.

I agree sorta with malifice but theres currently a tower for sale already placed with a b/o of 1.5 current bids much lower u figure say u get this for 600k IF and i do mean IF you can get the person holding the other 2 smalls that are blocking if they know they have a blocker they are gonna want atleast 3x smalls if not more just because they can. so lets say u got the 2 smalls for 6x small deed thats another 263kish for those so your already up to 863k plus the price of a tower deed thats what 4 something so now your at over 1.2m plus all the headache to try to get ahold of the other people with blocking homes so ya. its a big maybe if you can get them to even sell them. id rather drop the extra cash and just get one already placed. atleast for the price point of a maybe i can make this a tower.

The last two patios I sold just like this sold for 650k each, if you can't understand the desire for the patios to certain people then this isn't the house for you.

If you redeed the patio and both smalls then your over halfway to the tower deed anyways so technically you could still get the tower for about 1mil. Which would be about right. An honestly, housing market will just keep getting higher an higher with the popularity of the server continuing to grow like it has. Glad I bought mine ASAP.

You may want to double-check your math please sir, you could place this as a tower via the method I've enclosed on the picture or you could try at server wars to place a tower and move it over to see if these affect your placement.

Patios are the bomb. I love them. My 2nd very next to a tower. But I just love having the top of a tower as a dueling area. I just think its the bees knees

smit i appoligize i forgot to subtract that but you do have to note that i was only putting an idea price out for the blockers given they are, which i assume they are, as im sure you would have flooped a tower there if they werent because towers bring a higher selling price right off the bat then a patio unless its in some l33t location. the person or persons holding those can ask whatever they want for them was my point. hey if you can get 650k for a patio more power to ya. the value of anything is whatever someones willing to unass for it so. i unassed 1.5 for my tower just so i could mine and fish from the roof and have my own private mining cave right to it so. wasnt meanin to jack ur thread bud gl with the sale hope ya get as much as you can for it!
