As you can see below, these houses are basically adjacent. They are separated only by the small bridge, which I feel adds a little extra something to the pair.
The north house is best used as the main vendor house, as it receives plenty of foot traffic. That house has been cleaned out and will not be sold decoed.
The southern house was used as Atraxi's Artisan Alcove, and retains almost everything you see in that picture. The only items I have removed are the Atx guild color dye tubs. The main portion of the house was used as a crafting hall. The back portion of the house is perfect for use as secure storage for your various vendor wares. The secure pouch above the trash can still contains the axe used to access the secure storage.
Due to the location of the property and its multitude of uses, I have decided to start the bidding off at 2x deed per house. The buyout for the property will not be set at this time. The auction will end 48 hours after the final bid is placed.
