This is the only home around for at least three screens or more! As you can see from the pictures below, a lich spawns in the ruins next to your future home! He isn't out roaming freely so he's unlikely to bother you if you are recalling to your spot, yet he's so close that you can farm him too! If you kill him once every time you log in, this home will pay itself off! Or you can use the lich to work your resist up for cheap, and then kill him! Muhahaha

I've killed it a couple of times and it's the only thing that re-spawns from my experience. So yes.

On osi it used to spawn skeles ghouls zombies etc
The lich was rare to find on osi here, but it did spawn occasionally.

Please consider how quickly (2 days max) it will take you to regenerate the money from abusing this spawn with a dexxer and the generated income after that. You won't get PKd in Destard on your 70 magery bard or anything.
