I'm a new guy 10 days old looking for a patio along side the mountain. Could we work out a rent to own?
Thanks,

I would gladly co-own you and let you use this property until you can afford it but as a new player, who I presume is looking for a good mining location, this would not be the best place. I have a different property, a bit more expensive, but very lovely mining location: viewtopic.php?f=72&t=60255
The southern most patio. If mining is not your intent then the humility patio would probably meet your needs, let me know.

Those would be absolutely perfect, as I much prefer cave mining to mountain mining. I'd never be able to afford them though. 3X deed is just to rich for my blood. I'd have to spend to much time mining to pay it off.

It's to much for me. That's about 60 hours of mining. I plan to play about 15 hours a week from here on out. That would be 4 weeks of straight mining. if I spent all my online time mining, I wouldn't be here in 4 weeks, heh heh. I pushed mining hard my first week so I could get established financially and netted 50K, but I don't want to do that the whole time. I might just have to downsize to a small which I can buy now and place for free and just deal with not having a nice place in the perfect location.

Sorry to trouble you.

Eomin
