Sounds like the clear the swamp initiative. Kill the linked houses and Benwa drop ur keep in the swamp!

'some' people sell (or try to sell) footstools @ 7.5k a pop! add up those stools + tower deed + castle deed, you'd get more than that dropping and selling the stools!

Demonous if I were you I would be starting this at 4-5+ castle deeds. I once tried to buy twin towers connected outside
Skara somewhere near this lat/long x:952 y:2311. Not sure if still there, but you should go check it out and in fact take a
walk around to see how many large houses are really connected. The reason I bring it up is at that time they
wouldn't even talk to me about it for less than 10 castles.
Again you can do as you wish, but I hate to see someone get smoked on something so rare.
