Hoping sooner than later out of room

What housing is open out there. Looking for something of decent size(large brick,large patio,2 story,just not something that is too large(keep tower cadtel range)

I've got an L-shape near the turtle bay if you're interested. Currently it looks like a tavern and is named "The Grogery". willing to sell with current decor or without. Just make me an offer.
