It's extremely secluded, you have no neighbors for at least a screen, maybe 2 screens.
The spawn is extremely light, maybe an ogre or dire wolf once in a while. If you're super-lazy like me, youre so close to guards, you can just drag it into the guardzone and spam your guards macro!
You're located right on yew graveyard which can fulfill your necromancy needs!
The patio can fit a tower if you'd want two towers instead of the tower/patio combo. The houses will not be sold separately.
I'm going to be selling this extremely unique spot after owning it for the last 5 or 6 years. This house spot is absolutely pristine and should be treated as such. I simply have too many houses and need to liquidate some of them.
