Considering that someone could pay the 3.3m and bless whatever they want, an already blessed item should be valued less. The sandals themselves are not worth much at all really. Silver was 11k when events were twice as common as they are now (after trophies stopped spawning but when the events were still just as common, now events are about half as common as they were when silver was going for your estimated price of 11k.

red sandals are the only colored npc sandals who still spawn, (blacks dont spawn anymore, silver etc

it doesn't take long to get silver, and if it was easier to get gold all you would have to do is farm 10k - 12k to buy the silver.. making the clothing bless deed worth roughly 3 - 3.6 million. there is no time saving or convenience because in the time it takes you to farm an extra 3 million you could easily have aquired a pair of red sandals and blessed them yourself.
