2 Lockpics... rare or not?

Found these today. Obv I know that twisted "lockpicks" are spawning rares, but I've never seen it labelled "2 lockpicks".
Just curious if anyone has seen this b4.

I have one, same graphic. But says "3 lockpicks" which is cool, because there are 3 picks in the image..
I have no idea where it came from. May have been an IDOC, my have been a city chest years ago.

Just tested from the 4 i have
3 of mine say 'lockpicks'
1 of mine says '3 lockpicks'
I never noticed the difference before. Perhaps it is random from the mini-rare spawn...
They are not stack-able, or I could not get them to stack by normal means.

Def not stackable. Apparently there are lockpicks, 2 lockpicks, and 3 lockpicks. Pretty cool.
