Silver for sale: 40 silver for 1*Tower Deed

I understand there is a lot of silver floating around on the shard atm. I would like to place a tower deed for myself and feel this is a fair offer.

Tower Deed cost = 433,200gp / (40 silver) = 10,830gp per silver.

Still open to offers.
