Prices include the first 1k wood, 500 cloth / ingots to make furniture or add ons. Any further resources or items will need to be provided by you, or agree to pay it back if I need to find it. Work time depends on size of house, but average is about a week. Payment is required to bind our contract, and I will need co owned to your house. I take screen shots to add here when finished, if you wish to remain annonymous, please let me know ahead of time. *prices do not include loot sorting*
