T2A accuracy (Mod: Stat Loss Discussion)

For ideas on how to make Second Age a better shard. Can it get any better? Maybe.

the server I used to play on was also overran by the numerous amounts of murderers, it eventually got to the point where new players were unable to train or even leave town to farm.. stat loss is an amazing way to fix this, and besides only your elite pvpers will go red 8)
