UO Second Age

I didn't play in era myself, but according to UO Travelogues, there was a mage vendor in the cellar of the mage house in Hidden Valley that was selling cheap reagents:



I went over there to visit him, but I only found an evil mage in the cellar.
The vendor seemed to have packed up his stuff and moved out, taking most of his furniture with him, including his front door:

People kill him for sandals regularly, come back in an hour and he will be back.

There is also a higher than average evil mage spawn in that area now due to an event. It will be back to normal soon im sure

What happened to the teleporter to the bottom level and the Lich Lord?

The teleporter to the bottom is in the mountain (should be and was the last time I had been over there).

There is no lich lord spawn here. During the t2a era, lich lords did not spawn in this space.
