I have research a bit on house storages and in 1999 OSI updated the storage in houses but we do not have that update here.

Here on UOSA our target date is to include everything up to and including the November 23, 1999 patch, excluding the housing changes. I notice that you've posted several threads regarding many things, virtually all of which have been previously reviewed. A good resource, available on our wiki, are the full T2A patch notes. Naturally we are aware of most things on the patch notes.

In any event, thanks for the input and hopefully in the future you can cross reference previous threads to see if an issue has been previously covered.
