We are missing NPC and some grapics in Britain.

For ideas on how to make Second Age a better shard. Can it get any better? Maybe.

We are missing "An archery butte" (graphic item 0x100A) and a NPC bowyer. It's supposed to be a archery training ground on the backside of this house.
