Summoned Daemon power

I remember a patch after T2A that made summoned daemons turn into big stupid wusses.
I think UOSA summoned daemons are much weaker than their T2A counterparts.
I have looked at patch notes from 1997-2000 but can't find the patch where they made daemons suck, so perhaps it is NEA that they suck here...
