Magic Damage

Is this correct as of right now?

If you change the attackers magery skill to 100 all of the damage stays the same...the only thing that changes is that the chance to resist moves from 54% to 59%. Is this calculator accurate?

So if thats true then what magery skill is required for a no fizzle ebolt?

exaclty why I brought this up! I believe it is somewhere around 72-74?

I believe 7th circle always had a fizzle rate even at GM magery.
