Add them to the same guild.

put items in bag to match skill /10, put bags in character, get rid of everything else.

Random steal from each other, loop.

Never tell a soul who your thief is. Use disguise kits well. Use clever outfits. By far the most profitable character in the game.

While I have made 75% (the rest IDOCs and selling a few boards) of my money with the stealing skill, and never once have I killed a monster, it isnt easy. If you dont enjoy the reactions from people it isnt worth it. Most people give up because they expect to make a lot of money and steal level 4 rares. Outside of scamming, that doesnt happen. There are the occassional good bits on bank sitters and AFK people (hint: tracking + detect) its mostly about doing it for a long time for the fun of it, and then selling huge lots of these items later.

Also disguise kit isnt all THAT important. The shard is big enough that unless you are on 24/7 or steal something huge no one is going to remmber you day to day. I live in the disguise kit but only because I enjoy the anonymity, and the freedoms that come with that. Theres no need to worry about hair color, or clothes unless the colors are very unique or bright. (I keep 20 noob robes of diff colors)

Just like chumbucket: "Im not in it for the loot" but the fun of messing with people. For some people that enticement, for some twisted people thats scamming.
