If you've got an extra 50 bucks laying around the shard would be happy to accept that donation.

I'll try to help for free though. If you can, hop in IRC for faster service.

Which client are you using? What's your razor version, do you have the .Net 1.1 framework installed? And if you can get to the login screen, what is your client version?

I have windows xp, got razor and net whatever...with your example i don't see how i am supposed to have this second age folder in my UO directory...but when i try to auto detect it says razor was unable to locate and load a suitable uo cliloc file. Some text may not be displayed...which leads to my point i cannot connect...i also go to razor and find no way to run as an administrator, and when i right click it says run as and i have it set to my account on windows but there is no administrator option.

The run as admin problem only applies to Vista.

Which client package and version are you using? where did you download from?

Did the installation complete successfully?

How do you create another account? Everytime I run Razor it goes straight to the login screen.

Just type in a new account name and password, just like you made your first.

My client seems to be crashing randomly after start up, i'd say i get about 1 minute of play before it crashes.

I'm using Razor, I have .net 1.1 installed and my client is 5.0.8.3

Here is the error Windows Vista generated:

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: APPCRASH
Application Name: client.exe
Application Version: 5.0.8.3
Application Timestamp: 46004869
Fault Module Name: ntdll.dll
Fault Module Version: 6.0.6001.18000
Fault Module Timestamp: 4791a783
Exception Code: c0000005

OS Version: 6.0.6001.2.1.0.256.1

Any help would be great, thanks.

One of the common causes for this appears to be the UO In-Game music. Try disabling from withing game from the options panel. There are a few threads in the Support section on issues like this. If turning off the music doesn't fix it, open a new thread there and we'll try and figure out what's going on. Plz include your client version and operating system.

Was having some trouble with my ML installation. The game would once in a while freeze while switching windows, now I was unable to login-- stuck on entering Britannia. Installed the SA, installed the patching file. However, when I open the game, it starts up in full screen, when I try to revert back it crashes. I believe there was a keyboard shortcut which fixed this, but I can't remember it... Or maybe its something entirely different.

Alt enter should do it, hit hit it one and wait, don't hammer on it. The patched T2A client is buggy on the first load, if you get it windowed and then close it it shouldn't do it again.

Has this only happened one time or have you closed the client and treid again?

What is your client version? It's displayed on the login screen below where you type your password

Uncheck Use OSI encryption. That is if you are trying to play OSI (paying) version. Not sure if that will solve it, but its a start. I also have razor auto detect everything, but i don't see what selecting the client manually would be a problem.
