Buying Alchemy Stats from NPC

Post by shawnepps1 »

All the forums tell you to "buy stats to 30 from NPC". Well I have only found NPC's to get me to 23, is there a specific place to my skills to 30? I have been to most mage shops etc.. please help.

Normally the guild master grants higher amounts of skill than the regular NPC vendor. try buying it from the mage guildmaster or if there is one, the alchemist guild master.

Is there a specific town I can find one at? I have gone to atleast 5 towns, and tried all of the "mages".

I would just start grinding at that point. It's going to cost 5-10 Gp per tick at that level since most things only cost 1 regeant. So you are talking 500-700 Gp to grind up to 30. Maybe 1,000 if you have bad luck.

There's a certain point where it's not worth the effort tracking it down, and it sounds like you are there already.
Thanks,

Eomin - Armsman
Varak - Treasure Hunter
Djimon - Smith/Tinker/Carpenter
Lorne - Scribe
Herm - Assassin
