UO Second Age

I’m starting a crafter and trying to work on tinkering, I trained at a tinker guildmaster and only got to 29.6 tried another but it said “you already know everything I can teach you” so I tried starting with clock parts but after 41 ingots I’ve gained nothing. I did gain .1 copying my house key though. What should I be making to get to 30.0?

So to update tried again after posting here first try on clock parts gave me a .6 increase. So now at 30.3. Guess posting here gets you gains read a couple others that have had this happen lol.
