Lockpicking

I have 95 lockpicking and I have been going dungeon to dungeon picking level 4 chests, I have picked around 30+ chests and I have no gained .1, am I doing something wrong or is it really this slow??? Any help would be awesome!

Lockpicking is really slow. You also gain in bunches so try not to get discouraged.

Did you check the usual stuff? Make sure Lockpicking is marked UP, have other skills marked DOWN?

Are you sure you're picking Level 4 chests? Only Level 4 chests have no arrows in them.

Anybody know of where a runebook of the level 4 chests can be found?

Most of the rune library do. Vesper Inn Library, $$$ and Roadkills do for sure.

It takes quite a few lvl 4 dungeon chests for a gain in lockpicking once you get to 95.
