As the title says, I just recently discovered this wonderful shard and have definitely decided to make it my home. I am not new to UO. I started playing during Second Age back in 1999, about a year before Ren launched and played fairly consistent through 2006. Over the years I realized that while the expansions and changes made me a wealthy and powerful landowner with castles, towers, rares and all the other goodies a UO player could hope for, the most FUN was back in the early days when life was simple and more adventuresome and UO was a much more complex experience. But hey, you can never go back.....

Until I found this shard.

I wish I had found it sooner. I could have saved all that money I paid Blizzard to play their game...lol.

Any old Sonoma folks out there might remember me as Ningauble or Navajo, from the guilds HoG and P:M respectively. Hope to meet many of you new UOSA neighbors soon as well!

Thanks for having me, sittin on my first IDOC in years :)

Thank you all for the welcome. I am loving it here indeed. I found myself at work all day thinking about getting home and playing...been a long time since I was that jazzed up about UO. EA really made a mess of that game over the years. Getting along well here so far, placed a small house in a handy little spot, got a dexxer thats serviceable for light hunting and got busy on my crafter. I always loved crafting, its great to play on a shard where crafters are useful again, modern UO rendered them mostly obsolete. Spent most of Sunday trying to teach my wife how to play UO as it was meant to be....she was a post-AOS player.

This shard is just amazing. Im never leaving. Come payday friday, Im sendin a few bucks.

depending on your hours you may be ablet o make it to the friday morning dungeon crawls
big group of us go out for an hour or two and take care of some bad guys
light dexxers are always in demand :D
