Patch 121 - December 13, 2009

Post by Derrick »

  • Pet commands persist through stabling
  • Player vendors no longer open paperdoll when double clicking.
  • Fixes issue with Halloween Egg Bombs, causing the rotten egg color to not remove on the target
  • Staff will no longer be counted if on a boat when determining who can control the boat.
Changes prior to this mornings patch, post Patch 120:
  • Easement/bug fix to Inn logout
  • The Guildmaster always sees member title in guildstone menus
  • BagBall Score Boards working
  • Shields give wearer a message when they have been destroyed
  • Fixed problem with jewelry, causing it to become unidentified to the wearer
  • Fame and Karma adjustments for many NPC's
  • Fixes to Pirate Miner Blacksmith and other vendors' clothing layers
  • Switchover to 64bit server architecture. Plenty of room for more stuff now!
  • Upgraded offsite automated backups using higher compression and more reliable transfer method.
  • Less spam in #secondageevents IRC channel during Double Domination games
  • More (all) in game chests and lockable type containers are trappable
  • Fixes an issue with my.uosecondage.com layer ordering, especially of chain tunic

does this mean you can place houses "improperly"?

and does the second one refer to the amount of dungeon lvl 3-4 chests?

I think the first one refers to the amount of items the server can handle.

I think the second one means that a tinker can trap any lockable container.

* * * * *
Also, the pet stabling/commanding stuff works perfectly, just tested it out the other day with a bunch of different commands.

Aye, sadly no changes to house placement yet, but it's on the short list.

It says all in game chests are trappable...this doesnt seem to be the case. Did this include dungeon spawn chests?

It was giving "this must be in your pack to use" statements.

Please try this again. I was able to trap a dungeon treasure chest after lock-picking it and popping the trap. If you are unsuccessful please give detailed info, such as which type of trap you were trying to set, and verify that you had the required materials in your pack.

Also, if you could, send a page from the location of the box, it may be a problem with specific chests.

Thanks!

I made my tinker just for this and waited, I did it backwards and targeted the chest before the ingot...oops.
Totally my fault. Been awhile such I got him out. Thanks for checking it out though.
