Gaining Skill

i was wondering if this rule applies to this server... On another free shard I played on I noticed the closer you were to 700 skill cap the harder it was to GM the last remaining skills just before the 700 skill cap but quite easy if it was your first GM skill (100 pts into). So does this rule apply here? Or will the skills be constantly difficult to gain even near the 700 skill cap?

I dont think that is the case in this era. I'm not having a problem gaining skill and I'm over the cap, or rather at the cap.

Being @ skill cap does not impact gain. Difficulty in gaining only scales with higher skill.
