Criminal Timer Issue

Hello,

Not sure what kind of information you need...but here is the original thread pertaining to what may be a bug in regards to the length of the criminal timer when killing blue npcs.

The issue looks to be that Poison Ticks are resetting the criminal timer, and it appears this should not be happenening. Looking into this. Thanks!
