Character Background: Thorins family dates back to an ancient lineage of knights. His noble family once tied directly into the blood line of the King. Generations back his family was stripped of nobility when one of his ancestors slew a young prince who had him imprisoned for contestin his young love. In that moment all was lost. His family since has been condemed to the mines. But Thorin had vowed on to his mother after his father died in a collapse in the lower caverns of a deep mine that he would find away to restore his family to proper place.
