http://www.uoguide.com/Bank_Check
This states that bank checks were implemented march 8, 2000
particularly what im saying is bank checks were created 1 month before UO:R thus bank checks are t2a accurate barely but they are in my opinion
if im wrong please provide me with a few links proving that

Re: My input on bank checks
There used to be bank checks here, not sure why they were removed, but was probably for a good reason... perhaps someone else can elaborate more on that.

Our cutoff date is in November of 99. Damn felix beat me by like a second. In the spirit of him I will call everyone here nerds.

Re: My input on bank checks
Hi KevinFord11289,
Firstly, thanks for your research into this, and helping to make our shard more accurate.
UOSA seeks to emulate November 23rd, 1999, the date of Publish 1.
Based on that date, I believe bank checks fall out of the UOSA Era.
However, in UOSA we can use House Deeds instead of bank checks, as House Deeds have the following features:
1) House Deeds can be sold back to the Real Estate broker at full price.
2) House Deeds are newbied. They are unstealable if kept in the top level of your pack. If you are not Red, a House Deed will stay with you if you die (and not drop to your corpse).
(End Note: A shard veteran should step in here if I've got these details wrong)

They were added in early 2000 just prior to the great britainia cleanup for the purpose of reducing item count on the shards
