New/House FAQ

Hi all,

I recently came back to UO after many years and I know a few things have changed.

I'm rather confused about houses and their decay time.

I currently have a house in Malas, but I will be going away for 7 full days, with no option to log in. I have no friends who have UO installed who can log in for me. My account is currently active (billing wise I mean) and will be while I am away.

Will my house disappear in this time? Or will it be safer to empty my house, demolish it and place a new house when I get back?

Well this is a private non EA server. Anyway houses take 2 weeks to collapse, although I dunno what EA does.
