In development in Oct 1999 but not implemented. Even if it was implemented in the Nov 23 patch that is after our cutoff date. In development is before things were tested and implemented so it's not a good metric for if something was added before the cutoff date.
Oct 29 there was a post that specifically mentioned the "a scroll" issue not being on test center (http://web.archive.org/web/199911271633 ... sting.html). Coupling this with the patch notes from publish 3 definitely points towards this not being "fixed" within our timeframe.

Nov 23 is the cutoff date, everything that made it into that patch is what is supposed to be here. If that patch was considered too late then we wouldn't have potion kegs or runebooks.

Animals/monsters contained in houses should remain there until slain or moved/removed without the need for interaction. If they are away from their "home area" and untamed they should make every effort to return as normal but they should not be teleported/killed as they currently are.
this needs to be patched immediately since its 'era accurate' to be able to horde stable slots then let tamers keep pets in houses without interaction.
