.NET issue...

Guys I am sure it is explained in detail somwhere, but I simply can't find it. I am having this issue with MS .NET Framework that pops up every 30 secs or so whether I am multi-clienting or not. Basically, it seems the JIT debugger is invoking this window which I have to continually keep hitting "continue" Has anyone had or still have this problem? I WAS running XP with al the updates - with .NET 1.1, 2.0, 3.5, (with all service packs) and I recently even intalled this v4.0 they are offering. I recently REMOVED all this (except 3.5 which does not have an uninstall) and only loaded up the 2.0 version on the downloads section. I am about to go fukin crazy.. Can I get some help?? Hopefully it is just a registry key I need to change or something simple. Thanks in advance for any direction!!!
