REPORTED ISSUE: Cannot bank if in conversation wtih other NPCs
ISSUE DETAILS: Started a conversation with a guard at Magincia, then when I called bank only the guard would respond and the banker would not.
ENVIRONMENT DETAILS: Magincia bank
STEPS TO RECREATE: Talk to an npc near the banker by saying their name and a phrase, then try calling bank near them.
EXPECTED RESULTS: Bank won't work but the NPC will talk to you.
