Someone is already using that account...

I have been playing uo lately and my older brother was watching me hunt a few things on my newbie toon and he decides he wants to play as well. He downloads everything normally except on a different computer, he can run one account but if he tries to make the 2nd and 3rd one it says someone is already using this account. Can anyone tell me what is wrong and how to fix it please.

I'm assuming the computer is in the same house which means you all share one IP address.

UOSA has a limit of 3 accounts per IP address, if you exceed that limit you will get the "Someone is using this account..." message. While it is a little confusing the easiest thing you can do is send a PM to Derrick who usually is happy to increase the account limit in cases where multiple people share one IP.
