How many posts or rep points do i need to be able to leave rep for other ppl as well? Also im not sure if i need more rp's or need more posts to be able to leave rp

I dont think you need either, just leave rep for whomever

i dont see how tho..where people are saying theres a thumbs up or down button on profile theres nothing

It takes a certain number of posts before you can give +- rep, how many I'm not sure but i believe its no more then 50.

i believe it is 25 posts before you can leave rep, iirc.
