I will be examining AR from each armor type ranging from Hardening to Invulnerability in this guide. The purpose of this is to help the newer player, or even experienced player see exactly what Armor Rating will be given at what level of magic armor.
For reference, all armor that is of Hardening is better than GM crafted armor of the same type. Along with this, weapons of Force are better than GM crafted weapons of the same type. However, I will not be discussing weapons here, only armor.
All AR values given for shields assume GM skill in Parrying.

What is the highest AR rating you can possibly get in T2a? Also what would you say is a safe normal rating to have on any character?
