**WTB Tower, I'm not too picky**
Looking for a tower to buy. However, I am NOT paying x3 deed. We all know towers are not going for that right now unless they are prime spots...and I am not picky about the location. I am willing to negotiate x2 +... Let me know if you have something.

Nobody is going to sell a tower that cheap, prime location or not. If you are buying and coming out with a list of demands, you're just going to get laughed at. It is still a seller's market, and once you realize this, you might find what you are looking for.
