2 Story/Large Brick and items

Houses being sold as is, 2 story is empty, but large brick contains addons (spinning wheel/loom/forge/anvil), 60k bandages, about 18500 fish steaks, and over 750 magic items

for the items - all types of weaps/armor/wands/etc, usually lvl 3/4 - as in force/power or hard/fort - but more than a few vanqs/GT/silver/etc mixed in. (didn't cherry pick, there's still hallys, heavy xbows, qstaffs, chain/plate, etc - not just hatchets, leather, and BS) and a few GM DP'd and some trash training items

NW of compassion desert very low foot traffic/spawn

SB - Tower deed (essentially valuing the houses at deeds only, bandages at 1gp per, fish steaks at 1/2gp per and magic items/etc at 25k)
BO - Keep deed
