There is a new page on the web site for submission of account support requests: http://www.uosecondage.com/GameAccountHelpPlease review the guidelines, and use this form if you need account support. - Only registered accounts may be recovered.
- If you didn't bother to take the time to register your account, we are not going to be bothered to help you get it back.
- This restriction may be waved for accounts which are very new, or created by accident.
- Accounts which are eligible to be recovered, will be recovered when time allows.
- Carelessness on the part of a player does not constitute an emergency for us. Our first priority is to tasks which are benefit the shard playerbase.
- Subscribers and recent donators to the shard will have substantial priority.
- Second Age is expensive to run, and priority service on non-game issues to those that have contributed is a way that we can thank those contributors, on behalf of all the players on Second Age.
- If you have a history of accounting abuse, we will not likely help you recover your accounts.
- Apart from the simple distrust that type of behavior relates, it is often difficult to determine which accounts are truly yours.
- You may only submit one account recovery request per 24 hours, however once the first request is processed additional service on related accounts may be provided via email or IRC without having to fill out this form.
I'm hoping this new process will not only speed the process of account recovery, but also encourage players to be more cautious of their account details. Regards!

This new system has been a real success. It's much more efficient for me to receive all the available information on the trouble in one concise contact, and I've been able to help a few people with lost account access very quickly already. Previous to this system account help was more like this (real conversation): IRC wrote: [22:05] <lightIRC_7356> Hello Derrick, I am a returning UOSA player (2+ years off), and im having some account issues. Are you available to help me? [22:48] <Derrick> Sure, how can I help? [22:48] No such nick

Yep! I admit this system is awsome and quick! Instead of facing a blank IRC chat buffer concerning my query, this system allowed me to be confident that I would get help, and I did!
Thanks Derrick!
+1!

Hello, I was trying to use the forgot password/recovery option linked in this thread above, but it won't let me past the reCaptcha field. It says the reCAPTCHA V! is shut down. I had just created an account and played for a while then lost connection and when I went to log back in I realized I must have put my password in incorrectly. That is what led me to the website and the recovery procedures and then to here. Any help in this issue will be greatly appreciated.
