^ KatD is the only name I know of to go to for deco,
She did my guild hall, a large brick. The price varies, Ashborn paid her a castle deed to decorate his Ogre Tower if I am correct.
Either way she is the best
I would make a plan of what you would like the place to look like ect.. a general plan so when you discuss it with KatD she will have a good idea of what your are going for.
She is trustable with rares also, Co ownership of the tower for deco will be very likely.
