Recent disconnections. (daily)

Post by Roser »

Shard has been disconnecting everyone frequently, it doesn't seem like a shard crash as we are able to re-connect after a short time and there is no save revert.

I have fallen victim to an Ogre during on of these disconnects, corpse decayed before I could log back in, be careful!

Still happening, although it hasn't happened in a while. Yesterday there was around 3 or 4, today one so far.

There were a couple two and three days ago as well. I've been calling it "Today's scheduled disconnect"

These are still happening quite often.

In many cases I will lose connection to two out of three clients.

Every time it happens I look over to IRC and find that people are talking about it. So its not a "just me" sort of thing.

Can those getting disconnects run trace routes to see if there's a common factor? I've been staying logged most days, with exception to when my ISP drops me (which happens most days between 10am and 12pm).

Server needs more crashes to re create the era where your mom would pick up the phone just as you prepared to recall out of Deceit with 10k gold in your pack, and reds appearing on screen.
