Stealing and Hiding are the two main skills needed as [Hiding] determines how you hit with weapons in the house and [Stealing] is required to take things from the chests.Lockpicking,Tinkering, Stealthing, Snooping, Detect Hidden, Remove Trap are all useful in here. That is all I know about skills atm. There are also some interesting weapons found in the house including a [Blowgun] that has a ranged attack of a few tiles. In this video you see Violet smashing folks once she gets it.
