2/6/2016: A Battle for Buc's Den

A battle has been declared!

Throughout the day on Saturday, the Captain's crew and Lord British's finest will be battling at Buccaneer's Den.

Heftimus McPry is inviting all the villains of Britannia to show support by battling any adventurers who dare show their face on his island!

Lord British is asking all adventurers to come to his army's assistance to battle the pirates.

The pirates and Lord British's troops will be fighting each other all day today, until server reset tomorrow (roughly). McPry will make multiple appearances throughout today. Typically an announcement 30-60 minutes ahead of time will be given.

Each of which will be a "boss battle" with significant difficulty but with rewards similar to that from Dark Secrets and the Gargoyle Wars (upon death, magic items, gold, gems, silver, trophies have chances of spawning on the ground around his corpse)

McPry will target blue humanoids over red humanoids whenever possible. The only exception being for any area effect abilities he may use, which target all within range.

I couldn't make a post in Shard Events about McPry (every stage of the event + screens for a picture book), so I'll do one in here.

As a supporter of Hestimus McPry, his family and all of their "ill" (let's be honest, it's a cure) behaviors, I prepared a fleet of highly capable Change.org PvP petitioners to keep Lord British and his evil Trammelites out of Buccaneer's Den.

In no particular order, I shall demonstrate what my trusty mount camera hath captured, as now it's Sosaria mandated that all enforcers of Sosarian justice come with mount cameras.
