In the time I played here (granted it is not that long), I do not remember we have had something like this.
I just like to get a feel how does the community of UOSA feel if all the staff comes in game at one time for 30-60 mins, answer questions, make announcements, or even just to mingle with us humble Sosarians (Questions should be submitted prior to this event and vetted by the staff or appointed member of the community).
While there are other avenues (such as IRC) to reach GMs, I feel having an in game interaction with the GMs will be more fun and can make an impact for players. During the session, maybe some abracadabra to awe us with their GM powers.
So UOSA, its an open discussion but please keep it civil.
*Disclaimer: This is by no means supported by the staff but just an idea I had.

Re: Annual/Bi-Annual In Game Meet & Greet with UOSA Staff
It's difficult to get us all in-game at the same time. A few years ago, all 5 (active at the time) Staffers were in-game for Richard Garriott's visit. At this point, you'd be looking at 3 Staff: Anarcho, Kaivan, and myself.
I'm in-game most days, I am usually more in the eye of players than the other 2 (their focus is on day to day maintenance, research, and development whereas I handle more in-game/community focused tasks).
I'm always up for any type of community enhancing events - player ran/focused typically, but I wouldn't be opposed to a "town hall" style meeting of this nature.

I wouldn't be opposed to participating in some sort of Q&A, but I doubt that I would have much of interest to contribute, unless players want to hear me speak on specific evidence for specific mechanical changes.
