I'd be happy to investigate the player who you think is cheating, but you'll need to PM Staff or page in-game about the problem. Signing up on the forums to post false claims of "insiders" is definitely not the way to go about it. Unmerited claims of corruption by "insiders" (or Staff, as you're potentially implying) is not going to get you very far.
