xmas tree problem

I'm the owner of the house, says I can't take down my Xmas tree. wtfhelp.

I did.

It says "you can't remove the tree"

removed 2 of themjust was close to tree and x2 click on it, not use any hally or axe. maybe bug?

Are you using the actual toon that is the owner of the house? If not give that a try.

Tried the house owner.

Tried standing next to the tree.

Tried an an axe.

The tree remains.

Did you try the character you used to place the tree originally? I think I remember having to get a GM involved because I had bought a house with a tree in it and I couldn't remove it.

I did purchase the house in question with the tree already placed....so I also have no idea who placed it.
