Can you sell houses back to vendor

I was wondering if you have a hose placed and take the deed back, can you sell it back to the vendor? Do you get the same value, or is it reduced?

Yes you can, and when you do you get 100% back on what you paid for the house, the Vendor Sell menu gump does not represent this and shows a decressed amount, but this is false and WILL give you 100% back

First off, why would he lie? ;)

And second, yes it is correct, you will get 100% back on the price when selling a deed back to a vendor NPC. The displayed amount is incorrect and you will still get full value back.

I really appreciate the replies, and apologizes for not trusting you Wise.. But it is UO with a lot of low-lifes, so I figured a couple second opinions would not hurt!
