How about everyone contributing gold now and then to the studies of rare and exotic creatures and how to train them, and erecting a building for such with pens and stables a makeshift zoo for such creatures? Knowing little about this world still I wonder if it is even possible but if it is then Chucky D should be headmaster...
That is if it IS possible and if he IS willing to do so...and of course if people DO have an interest in such a landmark.
