sorry, i am not going to sell at 10k. Its probably only worth deed + 10k, but because its on an island, I think its worth closer to 1mil. Ill continue to place houses all over brittania though, in hopes that eventually someone will give in and buy one of my houses because I've occupied all the spots.

It is simple economics. If I can make that much gold farming in time it would take to do transaction, then there is no point to doing it. Same reason a hotel wouldn't rent you a room cheaper than cost of cleaning it.

You're perfectly justified to charge whatever you feel like since you're the one putting in the time to place these houses. Hell if you want to squat on every house in britain and just sit in a tower saying "HOHOHOHO" and lord over everyone its within your rights. In game capitalism at it's finest

People are just a little sour because you tried to up the bidding without just fessing up that you had a minimum in mind, and then 'cancelled the transaction' after you didn't get what you wanted.

Frankly I wouldn't sell a placed house at only 10k over deed value either. I think your prices are pretty reasonable.

Well, I can tell you this, I would much rather kill dragons in Destard for 40 minutes than try to place this flippin house. He earns his money.

I see it like anything else in life. I work hard at what I do, and pay others to do what I don't want to do.

I just paid a guy last week to put my basement windows in. Sure I could have done it myself, but I would rather make that money in overtime and not screw with it. He was happy, and I was happy.
