LB deed isnt over 200k the the highest bid ive seen so far. cant really be low balling either if none of u big spenders are even placing bids on it. could just not be that much interest seeing as its not GF or atleast noob

Christ man, learn to sell things. You wasted everyone's time here because you lacked details in your listing (ie: I'm a stickler for shit no one wants to pay a fortune for).

Hint: It's not worth a tower deed if no one is offering more than 300k.

Or it's worth a tower deed and the people who usually buy stuff like it are in cattie's threads buying stuff and are broke, leaving the people with very little gold to buy it.

Until someone (able) is willing to pay more, it is worth 300k (assuming the IRC bid came from an able [wealthy enough] bidder).

For Eo this could very well be worth a million castle deeds and while it is in his possession he is entitled to value it as much or as little as he wants. But its 'worth' will be determined by a sale.
