Thought that I would make a comment here on this. Used one of his houses....amazing, completely stocked with all crafter utilities and then some. perfect place too out of the way and very low traffic, allowed me to work skills and craft a lot without trouble at all. So all in all, 2 thumbs up and recommended to all new players, especially those unfamiliar with the world of UO.
